This website ("Website") is operated by Trans-Fast Remittance London Ltd. on behalf of itself and its holding companies, subsidiaries and affiliates (together, "Trans-Fast" or "us" or "our"). Trans-Fast recognises the importance of safeguarding the email addresses and other personal information of our customers. The following privacy principles reflect Trans-Fast’s commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of personal information and to providing users of this website with the best possible service.

When Is Personal Information Collected?

The Website collects personal information in various places, including when you use our services or when you register to receive email alerts or other information offered through this Website. You can log in to our website using single sign-on (SSO) services such as Facebook or Google. These services will allow third party to authenticate your identity and provide you the option to share certain personal information with us, such as your name and email address to pre-populate our registration form. You may also have the option of sharing additional information with Trans-Fast through an Integrated Service. Use and Retention of Personal Information

We use personal information only for the purpose for which we tell you that it has been collected, and for other legitimate purposes as permitted by data protection law, and retain it only as long as necessary for those uses. If you provide information when buying services from Trans-Fast, we may use the personal information for the purposes of:

  1. collecting payment and complying with your order;
  2. keeping you informed by email of similar products or services to those which you have bought, unless you have indicated that you would not like us to do so;
  3. providing you with email alerts which you have registered for; and
  4. to comply with our legal obligations.
Maintenance Of Accurate Information

We strive to make sure that the information we maintain about our customers is accurate, current and complete and we respond to requests to correct inaccurate information in a timely manner.

Protection Of Information Via Established Security Procedures

We maintain security standards and procedures regarding unauthorised access to customer information. You can only access your personal profile by first logging in to your account with your email and password.

Provision of Personal Information To Third Parties

Trans-Fast will not share personal information for marketing purposes without your consent. We do not transfer personal information outside of the European Economic Area unless we need to do so in respect of a specific service which you buy from us. We may need to share your contact details with other service providers in order to carry out the transactions you request through Trans-Fast services.

Trans-Fast services are subject to the Money Laundering Regulations 2007 and regulation by HM Revenue and Customs. Our services are also subject to regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We may be required by the Money Laundering Regulations 2007, by HM Revenue & Customs, by the FCA or other regulatory bodies, by the police or other law enforcement agencies, by a court or otherwise by law to use your information in the detection, prevention or prosecution of crime, tax evasion or fraud.

Consent

As per the new GDPR, we need to have your consent on saving your personal details and documents. I (as customer) give you ( Trans-Fast ) consent to keep my personal data and documents, my Consent is freely given and specific. Informed by “Trans-Fast Remittance (London) Limited”.

Removal From Trans-Fast Solicitations

You may want to discontinue receiving information from Trans-Fast. While this may mean that you will not receive product or service information of interest to you, we respect anyone's wishes to not be informed directly of these promotions or product introductions by emailing unsubscribe@trans-fast.eu. Please specify that you want to be removed from the Trans-Fast email database.

Your rights

Rights of access, modification and objection

Please contact one of our support team members in the event that:

  2. You wish to inform us of any changes to your information or wish to correct the information we hold about you;
